Spring Maquis Honey

 It is an amber colored honey with a delicate flavor of caramel or cocoa.
 The bees forage in the maquis in the plains in the middle mountains in the spring.
 We find in this honey mainly nectar of: white heather, maritime lavender, gênet, ...
 
 It is harvested from mid-June.
